Context
Printing, signing and storing paper cost the clinic money every month: supplies, archive space, staff hours. And during audits the right document had to be hunted down in the paper archive by hand.
What we did
We built an e-signing service: the patient confirms a document with an SMS code straight from their phone, every action is logged, and documents live in secure storage with version and access control. It plugs into the clinic's existing medical system — no processes had to be rebuilt.
Outcome
- A single digital signing-and-storage workflow — spending on printing and the paper archive goes away
- Any document is found by parameters in seconds — the clinic is always audit-ready
- Patients sign remotely — the front desk serves more patients without extra staff
- The solution rolls out to branches and other clinics as SaaS — an asset, not a one-off build
