Context
The company's training was scattered across third-party LMSs, messengers and Zoom — with no unified progress tracking, shared analytics or protection for internal materials.
What we did
We pulled all learning into one product: courses, tests, assignments, scheduling, live broadcasts, chat and an interactive whiteboard, with roles for students, teachers and guest speakers, plus analytics and reports for managers. Separately — full copy protection for materials, able to identify the source of a leak.
Outcome
- 400+ employees learn in a single system
- Live broadcasts to an audience of 10,000+ with 2–3 second latency
- Managers gained end-to-end progress control and centralized analytics
- The company moved from scattered services to one secure environment
