Context
Flower, confectionery and gift businesses lose time and money hand-signing postcards: the process doesn't scale at seasonal peaks, slows down order assembly, and squeezes a greeting into a couple of lines — there's no way to upsell the emotion.
What we did
We built a branded QR digital-postcard service: the customer records text, photos, audio and video, while the business gets a batch of branded QR cards and a dashboard for subscription, content and visual identity. Moderation is automatic with manual oversight, so the brand's reputation stays protected.
Outcome
- 32 companies on paid subscription — predictable recurring revenue
