Context
An international company had no single tool to oversee field and office staff — work was tracked fragmentarily or not at all.
What we did
We built a system spanning mobile, desktop and web: real-time geolocation and routes, photo and video task reports, activity on work computers, and control over rules and KPIs. It works even offline — data is stored and syncs once the connection returns. All with legally documented employee consent and access control.
