Context

A retail chain hires frontline staff at scale. Managers manually moved responses from job boards into Excel, tracked statuses and passed data between departments. At thousands of candidates this drained resources and risked losing applicants.

What we did

We built a single HR platform that pulls in responses from job boards, moves candidates through the funnel, updates statuses, assigns tasks to staff and brings in a manager only where a human decision is needed — with permissions for more than ten roles across departments.

Outcome

  • 1,000–2,000 candidates processed every month
  • ~300 employees work in the system
  • −85% of managers' time spent shepherding candidates
  • Not a single response is lost between spreadsheets and departments
